  The University of Chicago Press Journals Division publishes influential scholarly journals on behalf of learned and professional societies and associations, foundations, museums, and other not-for-profit organizations.Within this role, my core duty was to supervise production of journals to ensure timely deliveries. I processed all manuscripts and accompanying art, and prepared them for editors.I partnered with managing editors, authors, typesetters, and copyeditors to coordinate manuscript corrections process. I also oversaw printing and checked quality of all journal volumes, as well as converted print content into online information.Key achievements:• Formulated ebooks of every journal issue and posted articles/full issues to website, while adhering to set standards.• Provided training to new employees and student assistants, while managing junior production controller team.• Supported up to 11 scholarly journals (from biweeklies up to quarterlies) by project managing overall manuscripts throughout full print production process.• Backed more than 50 journals published by press through redesigning of all production schedules.
