  Worked hand in hand with the solo practitioner to maximize patient care, including development of unique and comprehensive education materials, personal counseling sessions, and cross facility data design to insure patient safety. The conversion to electronic charting and billing was a pet project, resulting in qualifying for full value Medicare Meaningful Use Year 1 reimbursement for 2014. Maintaining the FDA compliance database, billing and coding protocols and accounting created a depth of business knowledge that created a whole system understanding and support. Overall, my focus was to foster patient driven healthcare with safety, accuracy and communication as key components I also designed the practice website, marketing material, branding, and logo.
