  I have travelled and taught yoga at studios as needed throughout the country. I have run studios for owners while they take vacation as well as just taking a home-break. I have also covered for teachers who themselves were traveling or injured and unable to teach. I also studied with Noah Maze and am a YA 500 Hour Teacher through Yoga Maze. I like variety both in my practice and what I teach and enjoy particularly working with beginners or those who are unsure yoga is for them and people interested in practicing to help enhance their lives and health.   Navigating the Colorado River within Marble/Grand Canyon in either an 18-ft. oar boat or a motor boat (S Rig or Modified J Rig); leading hikes; preparation of all meals; informing passengers of safety and environmental concerns; interpretation encompassing the geology/ecology, history of river running, and information about the native peoples of the Grand Canyon; 8-18 day trips.
