  GP Practice Manager

  Practice Business Manager- Snaith and Rawcliffe Medical Group is a large, forward thinking training practice, with 11,000 patients. There are two surgery sites in and around Snaith. We provide training to medical undergraduates from HYMS, and train GPs on the vocational training scheme. I manage clinical and non-clinical employees, including GPs, nurses, and the administrative team. VAT registered as a Dispensing practice, I manage the accounts, as well as HR / Legal, and the day to day running of this busy organisation.
