      Provided assistance with facility maintenance for the Summer of 2009. Completed daily tasks to maintain the upkeep of the athletic facilities, focusing on Football, Basketball, and Baseball. Responsible for painting, landscaping, and general maintenance of Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium, Wagner Field, and Dev Nelson Press Box.- Completed painting job of Bill Snyder Family Stadium’s interior and exterior that lasted for multiple years until a new press box was built– creating a vibrant atmosphere for fan enjoyment on game days.- Completed large-scale physical and visual upgrades to the interior and exterior of Fred Bramlage Coliseum.- All tasks were completed while working as part of a team without direct supervision.       Having gained an expert level knowledge of our oxygen product line, I was transitioned into a Senior role on the National Oxygen Team. Being DQP certified, used my ability to efficiently and correctly provide Medicare patients with their oxygen equipment. This knowledge is substantial and absolutely crucial for receiving financial reimbursement from Medicare and other federal and state government insurance for our equipment. Being the Team Senior, my knowledge and expertise of the equipment and financial qualification process was used to train, teach, and assist newly hired and lesser experienced employees.- Sustained a place in the 95th percentile among peers in securing any immediate customer payment, which improved immediate profit margins and decreased the chances of insurance denials and company write-offs. - Used DQP certification to increase profit margins due to the ability to be correctly reimbursed by Medicare and other government insurance for our equipment. - Often personally requested by National Trainers to directly assist with training, shadowing, and teaching newly hired employees the qualification process.
