Design and installation on electrical systems, emergency lighting and fire alarms. Overseeing test results of employees in a qualified supervisor role under the nic eic scheme. Paper based certs then moved onto the amtech as the company grew. Management and hands on role, job dependant, on small to large installation projects. Worked nationally when and where required. Works included 3 phase, tray, swa, fp, external lighting, special locations, maintence. I dealt with suppliers on a daily basis and have now become friends through this working relationship.   Down to Earth (D.T.E) is my own idea. It's a fresh new venture. I've worked for various companies over the years and gained a vast amount of knowledge in the industry, I thank each and every company I've worked for they taught me what I know in all ways. As with anything though you never stop learning and I am constantly being educated be in with daily activities or ongoing education and further development. I decided to set up on my own, over the years I've seen people make mistakes and I believe I've learnt from others what to do and not what to do. From customer management, which lets be honest is the most important part to business without customers there is no business, to accounts to working along side contractors and so on. All aspects of the work place literally.Business can be an awful lot about who you know not what you know, and at present that's my only downfall. But that break of a who you know and them contracts will come I'm sure with hard work, positive thinking and determination.I'm currently building up a good amount of contacts, which I do work for privately and also subcontracting.
