  • I watched the entrance of what is lawful in all employment protection given personal protective equipment to be in accordance with European standards and conditions of work and equipment. • Concerned regarding work conditions as per HSE procedures( good ventilation in the workshop, proper storage of all inflammable equipment,etc), working with all departments involved. • Regular training in record keeping, internal service prevention and protection in the workplace for all employees. • As representative QA/QC I handle compliance procedures under DOSCO quality manual and the procedures of Smith-Dosco interface. • I made regular internal training, internal audits, localization and resolution in time of non-conformity occurred during the period of activity.• I have madeed theProcess report of findings for the tools dameged in the customer wells, informing the customers about the tool situation and invite them to see the damage . • Among all these I followed strictly the work regarding: rhythmic and regular supply of consumables(for each sector: offices, workshop, rubber/steel kitts for tools with regular change), customer satisfaction, certification of personnel in each area of activity of its (ex: welders, electricians,forklift/crane users). • Another task was to keep a record of stabilizers and other tools that have been rent to third parties in Romania and abroad, meaning also to keep a record of their inspection(ex: US/UN-DS1/API).
