  The purpose of the role is to:• Provide an integrated strategic framework, direction and solutions for leadership and workforce capability development to ensure the organisation's sustainability;• Inform the design of leadership and management programmes and initiatives;• Develop and implement an internal growth strategy, incorporating the development and integration of capability frameworks, talent management, succession planning, career development, learning and development, performance management and workforce planning;• Effectively and efficiently manage the Corporate Learning and Development center to ensure the provision of professional and tailored learning solutions aligned with organisational needs;• Provide a strategy, philosophy and framework regarding the identification and management of talented and high performing employees and to develop a robust leadership pipeline to feed the succession plan;• Develop and enhance leadership capability to shape and enable a constructive organisational culture, permitting the organisation to remain responsive to the demands of the community and;• Establish and facilitate a coaching approach as part of the desired leadership culture to support capability building across the organisation.
