      Responsible for the BAU operations of the HFM Application for Nab. Managed the HFM Support team in dealing with customer support and maintenance cycles.• Managing the quarterly maintenance cycle for HFM. Each quarter a new version of HFM is released in nab which consists of updates to organisational and account hierarchies, logic changes, and other application objects attached to the application. • Management of the HFM Support team. This role involves the direct management of the HFM Support team and providing an escalation point for complex HFM queries from users.
