      Teaching yoga virtually through my own studio, Lion’s Breath Yoga, as one of Recess’ instructors. Program my own sequences derivative of the basic sequence from which I was trained. I teach many variations on a 60 Minute Power Vinyasa and a 45 minute Gentle Beginner Flow.• Created an on-demand library for accessibility.• All classes are donation based to ensure yoga remains open to all bodies and humans.• In just a few months I was able to expand the demographic from primarily young adults to people of all ages.
