      I was the Commercial Manager for the MVNO portfolio reporting to the Head of Wholesale sitting within the Strategy and Corporate Affairs Business Unit• The role is responsible for managing the commercial relationships of a portfolio of VHA’s Wholesale partners (MVNOs), driving success through proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships and generation of new business.• Relationship Management and awareness of the market are critical elements of the role.• End to end pricing reviews. Working with the customer to ensure that both the pricing structure and rates are fit for purpose.• I was responsible for managing margin, revenue and customer base numbers.• Introduction of new products to existing and prospective customer base including Internet of Things (IoT).• Management and education of internal stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of the strategy and the progress of the business. This consists of several Syndicated billion dollar loans and also Shareholder loans. I produced the Financing models for the US$3.5b Syndicated refinancing entered into in June 2015. I project managed this refinancing for Vodafone Australia in conjunction with our Group Treasury teams in Hong Kong and London.• Project Managed the RFP (Request for Proposal) for the Transactional Banking tender, which drove cross functional changes in the Business particularly in Sales and Retail.• I was responsible for managing the drawdown process from both Shareholders and External parties for funds when required. I work closely with Internal Customers to ensure the businesses requirements are met. I was heavily involved in setting the processes to ensure that these funding needs are met. I was responsible for the sign off on the weekly payment file for VHA from a cash perspective.• I managed the banking relationships that VHA has with the all banks, including ensuring that the debt covenants of the business are complied with and that all undertakings are met.• Project managed the $100m improvement in Working Capital project.• Responsible for ensuring VHA hits its free cash flow targets.• I managed investment of surplus funds. VHA has consistently achieved above market results for interest earning metrics throughout my time in the role.• I had responsibility for foreign exchange exposures and purchase all the foreign exchange requirements that the business required. • I managed and oversaw Treasury back-office operation/reporting processes• I managed the Treasury Accountant and the Assistant Treasury Accountant.
