Transferred the existing local fixture design files onto the cloud database with standard configuration and formatting.   Project: Design of Microelectrode Arrays for Measuring Cardiomyocyte Contractility and Electrical Physiology- Designed a microscale cardiac platform consists of a 6x6 Microelectrode Array (MEA) embedded with a strain gauge. The platform achieved a real-time data acquisition of both cardiac electrophysiology and contractility simultaneously.- Performed microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology to fabricate the cardiac platform, including using optical lithography (photolithography) system, thin film deposition system, and wafer bonding technology.- Used image process software (ImageJ) to analyze cell images captured by electron microscope (SEM) with method of quantification and segmentation.   - Used C# .NET and SQL Server to develop the company’s Supply Chain Management System (SCM) under the ERP. Major responsibilities: developed GUI for the system; developed SQL data base; developed the backend program (C#) to achieve a variety of system functionalities including user management, SQL queries of order search and maintenance, data analysis and statistical tools; performed the end to end tests for the entire system - Involved in developing a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System used in the automatic assembly line. Major responsibilities: configured drivers for hardware (PLCs, Scanners, etc.) connected into the system through TCP/IP and COM ports. Developed APIs for the SCADA system to process data collected from the PLCs and interpret the input logic strings to achieve a system control for the plant.
