  Acting as first point of contact for all system related enquiries to the 2000 core employees, via phone and email. Liaising between internal administrators and the service desk teams, ensuring appropriate workflows and notifications are created as well as resolving any faults. Monitoring and auditing the data ensuring accuracy and removing data in line with GDPR and record management procedures. In January 2020 the company merged with the National Fostering Agency increasing the workforce to around 5000 core employees. Development of training materials to assist staff with the transition to the new HR System. Migrated data onto the Cascade HR System and produced reports to enable a cross check of data to be completed to ensure accuracy.Achievements• Created monthly Recruitment and Retention KPIs supporting the business growth plans.• Following the merger all 2000 staff records have successfully transferred from the CIPHR system onto one combined HR and payroll system, Cascade, in time for the April payroll• Production of training materials for all site administrators and one-to-one support on the new Cascade system to promote ownership of internal data processes.
