I managed a team of 80 people and had full accountability for the Food hall, coffee shop and the overall operation of the store. I left the position to pursue opportunities within my own business. I was on the Commercial Manager Graduate scheme and was signed off as having successfully completed it. It was valuable training that prepared me for management.
