  Duties/Responsibilities: 1) Organizing mould loading/ unloading in shifts as and when necessary as per daily moulding plan 2) Organizing color change / Insert change/calendar change as and when necessary.3) Process setting, monitoring, & control. 4) Taking timely corrective action for ensuring the quality to the extent possible. 5) Recording the details of corrective action taken. 6) Organizing the hopper dryer / oven / hopper older / MTC/ HRS/ Chiller /wooden jigs as and when necessary. 7) Conducting trials as & when instructed. 8) Help supplier in process setting (if necessary) 9) Conducting Preventive Maintenance of Mould & Tool Room Machines as per schedule and recording necessary details. 10) Proper storage of all cutting tool & steel raw material which are in Tool Room. 11) General Maintenance /Break down maintenance of the Tool Room machines. 12) Record mould details in mould Data sheet. 13) Draft drawing / rough sketches as per requirements for various tool / moulds / job works. 14) Issue the drawings to concern function and recode the details. 15) Any other job entitled by management from time to time কম দেখুন
