Assignation of tasks and rollout plan to site engineers and subcontractors. Follow the right load for the subcontractor PR/PO. Make the logistics for every site installation. Check site list materials from EDD and then the dispatch of them with Supply Chain department. Follow every day the rollout of every site dispatched and its quality through the SOP of the project through site engineer and subcontractor reports, and make correctives to accomplish it.Follow the integration of every new site of equipments and be the communication bridge between the others departments involved in the project (wireless, datacomm, RF, etc). Make the daily report to the PM and Quality department from PMO. Make the weekly report to the customer about the advances and fulfillments of the week. Follow the ATP and the PAC for every site, and then the down payment to subcontractors. Management of Huawei Administrative Platform (I site, I buy, SRM, Others).
