  Bij Kaak Food Production Sytems was ik verantwoordelijk voor de productie van industriële bakkerij lijnen. Het produceren van onderdelen, lassen en assembleren van machines en het bekabelen. Hierbij gaf ik direct leiding aan vier teamleiders. Naast het aansturen van de teamleiders leidde ik diverse verbeterprojecten op het gebied van onderdelenproductie / machinebezetting, assemblage en interne logistiek. In deze projecten pas ik technieken toe vanuit de Lean en Quick Response Manufacturing theorie. Waarbij de focus ligt op doorlooptijdverkorting. Show less

  In the first 1,5 years in this position, I have lead the implementation of a new ethylene oxide sterilization facility for medical devices. The scope of the project included designing and construction of a new 2500m2 facility, acquiring building and environmental permits and selecting and installing a 12 pallet in-line sterilization process equipment.After a successful completion I managed the implementation of a new project management and data analysis department who are responsible for implementing projects within the manufacturing and logistical area’s. As a program manager I lead the team, support management with data analysis and identify any new opportunities for future growth and improvement. Show less In 2017 a new manufacturing facility went into operation in Amersfoort (NL). The first manufacturing location outside the U.S.A. focused on the manufacturing of Trocars. Starting with a small team I worked on implementing new production processes like injection molding, automated assembly processes for semi-finished goods and label printing for medical devices. Building teams and processes from the ground up included hiring, training and coaching new team members. Installation and qualification of processes equipment and designing (logistical) processes to support the day-to-day operations. Show less
