Managed relationships with third-party claims administrators, insurance brokers, and insurance verification vendors. Consulted with various growth programs to identify risks and implement mitigating controls.- Identified opportunity to improve customer experience and data available by self-administering the cargo claims workflow instead of outsourcing. Gained executive buy-in on the business case to cancel services with Convoy’s third-party cargo claim administrator and procure a Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
