  • Prepared detailed Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually and Annually reports for Saudi Central Bank by using SAMA's Returns Management System (RMS).• Prepared reviews and finalizes the Regulatory reports for Saudi Central Bank. • Developed an excel file that compares current quarter with the previous one by amount and the percentage changed through complicated equation in excel, also developed other Excel files for Weekly, Monthly and KRI Reports, so we can be one step ahead of the Saudi Central Bank by detecting mistakes and flaws to correct them. • Developed an excel file that calculate Maturity of Sukuk, MF, SAMA Deals, letter of credits, Letter of guarantees and Irrevocable letter of credits to be sorted by its periods (Days, Months and Years ranges) as SAMA request with a single click, the effort and time needed was reduced from hours to few minutes. • Fully automation of complicated Reports so it can be done automaticity with raw data being paste only, while making sure the data is valid and correct by double validation.• Enhanced communication for the unit by organizing email requests and demands from and to other divisions/departments at the bank by adding special codes to email subject and using Microsoft Outlook special rules and search folders to sort it automatically by its category (Monthly, Quarterly, KRI, Semi-annually and Annually), which makes us on-track with everything effectively and easily.• Built an interactive work plan in excel with a tracker of achievement by percentage and numbers of reports completed, detailed by reports codes and subjects in a separate sheet for each period category, which resulted in enhancing overall unit performance by keeping us on-track with the work plan efficiently.• Managed and dealt with various data extracted from SQL database, Oracle, Globus T24.   • Optimized the communication for the team on a large scale across the bank, by solving the gap of communication for the unit both internally with relevant stakeholders and externally with the regulator, which increased the ability, accessibility and efficiency to communicate dramatically by over 300%.• Managed end-to-end process of the income part in stress testing report, while establishing an ideal model for such intricate request from SAMA, moreover, following a proactive approach by building reconciliation and variance analysis tools to ensure well rounded 360-degree view. Resulting in a decrease in the duration of preparation by 50%.• Instituted an interactive working plan to facilitate a smooth work-flow process for both periodic and special reports.• Constructed and implemented an Excel workbook to allocate PPA (Purchase Price Allocation, driven by the merge of SABB and Saudi Hollandi Bank) from high into detailed level to ensure optimal accuracy and precision of figures submitted to SAMA, resulting in an increase of accuracy and precision by 109%.• Designed and created a modern analysis model for the main M1 report (equivalent to a balance sheet) in RMS, Allowing management and co-workers to have an interactive and advanced analysis of such a detailed and complex report.
