  Primary responsibilities are the implementation and support of key value metrics, sourcing tools (i.e. SAP eSourcing) and sourcing work processes. Owned sourcing KPIs and scorecards. Role includes managing the Purchasing Strategic Sourcing audit and compliance process which aids in ensuring adherence to Total Procurement Benefits claims guidelines. This function manages the procurement and payment of more than $21 billion in goods and services each year in over 150 countries. This role supports the Corporate Services, Packaging, MRO & Capital, Raw Materials and Logistics sourcing/commercial areas.List of some accomplishments: Developed and implemented the Business/Joint Venture metrics and reporting in effort to expand the current functional/commercial area reporting capability. Critical role in application development/support, end user training for the 1st Milestone of implementing the Contract Management module of SAP eSourcing across all commercial areas (impacted 5000+ contracts).
