      As a part of a training team, I have trained over 3000 volunteers to be election judges over the last 12 years. I have developed technology solutions, such as the NVRA Wizard, to provide guidance on processing return mail in accordance with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. I have presented at statewide conferences on the NVRA Wizard and on communication solutions for smartphones for Election Day communications. I am the content manager for the Howard County Board of Elections website. I am the social media manager for the Facebook and Twitter feeds. I assist in developing risk assessment and risk management plans as part of the office disaster recovery plan. Show less
