      I managed the complete logistics function for Ranbaxy SA group that included Be-Tabs and Sonke Pharmaceuticals, job functions include procurement management, production management (demand and supply of locally produced finished goods and also demand and supply of offsite manufactured finished goods and raw materials), inventory management, distribution and warehouse management (management of 3PL partner), Production planning formed an intricate part of this function especially with Sonke Pharmaceuticals as production were done by two independent manufacturers Sanofi Aventis (Winthrop) and Be-Tabs, I was very hands on with the production planning as to ensure continuous supply of product to ensure orders were met.
