      Managed 5 City Year Corps Members in designing and programming the City Year Young Heroes Program 2007 through recruitment, fundraising, programming, and community service. Accomplishments:*Managed the school-based fundraising campaign in 2020, achieving $570,494 in revenue, personally exceeding school recruitment and in-person meeting goals for Gulf Coast and San Antonio territories managing 294 schools and raising over $316K with a school average of more than $1,800. *In FY19, led the school-based fundraising team to achieve $1.23 million in revenue while exceeding school recruitment and in-person school meeting goals as well as the Kick Off assembly goal, completing over 175 in-person meeting and 88 Kick Off assemblies. *Developed and executed a plan for top-down district engagement through superintendent recruitment, resulting in letters of program support from 2 San Antonio Superintendents which included one of the largest districts in Texas, NISD.
