  I worked at DPSH as Project Manager and successfully managed to revive an already failed project for a government associated organization named "State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties" including 4 major organization units and approximately 60 business activities. All development phases and documents generated,and delivered, through the RUP standards. I had to cope with around 12 active developers with different expertise which ranged from beginner to advanced as well as technical manager.
