  Led By Foundation, a Harvard-incubated social enterprise is a professional leadership incubator for Indian Muslim women. Each participant of the LedBy Accelerator program undergoes a year-long experiential training and mentoring for professional development and also serves as a mentor (paying it forward) to two school girls. LedBy Accelerator participants are trained to be exceptional professionals and team members.

  Visual communication designer

  As a design intern at Urban Farms Co., I worked on various subsets of the Brand Experience Design - brand collaterals, packaging for the spice range, collaterals for events, visitor centric design system for the hubs/experience centre including wayfinding and signage. In an organisation with big operations and no in-house design team, I was exposed to a fast-paced and unstructured environment - that required me to wear many hats and think on my feet. After doing a thorough brand understanding, I proposed redesigning the design system - expansion of brand language, studying users and stakeholders and creating user personas to help in the implementation of new designs and communication strategy, creation of rapid prototypes to the final execution of projects.
