Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) from the National Institute of Mental Health to support my development as a clinical scientist; this provided $86,560 in funding for my dissertation and graduate training. Received 14 regional and national awards for my research projects and clinical skills, with awards totaling over $136,000. Completed a graduate specialization in mixed methods research. Served as a graduate research assistant on three randomized controlled trials of parent coaching interventions for young autistic children. Completed training to become a master trainer in Project ImPACT, which is a caregiver-mediated naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (NDBI) that promotes social communication skills in young autistic children. Worked at the Philly AIMS program as a consultant for Autism Support teachers (grades K-5) who were new to the School District of Philadelphia, consulting on evidence-based practices for autistic students, including behavior management, visual supports, daily routines, and behavioral intervention. Provided autism diagnostic assessment and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for individuals across the lifespan at the Penn Medicine Autism Clinic. Served as a consultant for the BRIDGE program, which is focused on training school mental health clinicians within the School District of Philadelphia to support teachers to implement evidence-based practices for students with behavioral and emotional concerns. Served as an assessor for a randomized controlled trial of an adapted CBT anxiety intervention for autistic youth receiving services in community mental health systems in two states. Show less
