      1. Responsible for all coordination works related to the Mega Project of 2.5 Billion Saudi Riyals ( around 700 Million $) total value from the side of the Client.2. Doing the necessary coordiantion with Consultant , Client, Contractor and other external Sub-contractors regarding all technical, financial and contractual aspects of the projects.3. Monitoring and tracking project progress and construction management of construction activities.4. Review and monitoring project management procedures to comply with contract requirements and Client's procedures.5. Review and prepare special reports and advice the Management to investigate any problem related to the scope of services or other issues in relation to progress and recommend the required solutions.6. Attend Chair Executive and progress meetings to report and obtain instructions on all issues that affecting the progress.7. Monitor performance to assure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicator.8. Advise the Management on any variation regarding scope of work that may generate cost or time impact.9. Review, control and monitor all contract management procedures during the construction.10.
