      Youth Program Faciliator

      As a Youth Program Facilitator for East Scarborough Boys and Girls Club’s REACH employment incentive, my responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the organization and breakdown of all workshops and group development over the course of the program, as well as ensuring our participants (youth ages 14-30) who are out of work/out of school, acquire essential life and employment skill to help guide their own personal journey in building self-confidence, the expansion of their own knowledge and skills, as well as to further prepare them for equitable occupational opportunities within the trades.
