I communicated via phone, email and chat systems as well as individual meeting with students and parents to ensure that al of their questions were addressed. It was my duty to make sure students and parents felt secure in their decision to chose Brock University.I was also fortunate to have the opportunity to: Develop and deliver formal and informal presentations to diverse groups varying in size from one-on-one to theatres of over 500 people. Review and edit copy for marketing materials to be sent to prospective students. Train and supervise staff for the Brock University open houses where we hosted over four-thousand prospective students and their families. Be invited to sit on a major purchasing committee to help decide on the new look of Brock University's prime position at the Ontario University Fair. Be invited to the President's award committee where I was given the opportunity to review great student accomplishments and contribute to the decision of who would win the Surgite President’s Award.   Collections Technician

  As a part of a larger team I was able to create and enact a relocation process to help re-establish the collection of the Niagara Falls History Museum. In this position I managed physical and technical assets valued over two million dollars. The team and I successfully relocated the collection into the state-of-the-art repository where each individual piece was documented and preserved. In addition to managing museum assets I was involved within the museum galleries with technical historical writing and interpretation, the creation and installation of exhibits, and artefact conservation.
