Further to this, I work very closely with senior management, allowing the identification of existing and future issues that could have an adverse effect on the businesses overall strategy and annual profit. Therefore, working closely with and maintaining an invaluable relationship with senior management allows the implementation of effective scenario planning, thus, directly contributing to the formulation of operational solutions that are both pragmatic and cost effective, whilst maximising business success and trading relationships.   As supervisor it is my responsibility to ensure all 4 departments involved in the manufacturing process work smoothly in order to produce consistent output.
