Ottimizzazione dei processi industriali e industrializzazione dei prodotti sono i due rami principali che ho percorso durante questa esperienza.Per quanto riguarda l'ottimizzazione dei processi industriali, lo studio approfondito delle linee di produzione permette di individuare punti di miglioramento per ridurre scarti e/o valorizzarli e di ridurre il consumo delle utenze. A tal scopo ho implementato a livello software, soluzioni che permettano di ridurre i rischi di prodotti non conformi a valle dello step di confezionamento, aumentando i controlli a monte del processo.Per quanto riguarda l'industrializzazione dei prodotti mi sono occupato della realizzazione di nuovi prodotti, dall'idea all'implementazione in linea con verifica di fattibilità, prove industriali, prime produzioni e produzioni ufficiali. A valle delle prove e delle produzioni, il fine tuning dei parametri di processo permette di standardizzare il prodotto.C'è stato anche un particolare focus sul controllo della statistica del processo e l'implementazione di metologie del quality control e quality assurance per garantire prodotti conformi e standardizzati.
