      Over the previous 3 months I returned to the National Football Museum in Manchester City Centre to volunteer for work experience and to increase confidence in people skills when talking to the museums visitors. It was a fun return to the museum and I collaborated with other volunteers and staff members to increase future possibilities and skill-sets.

      Graduate Business Associate - User Experience Researcher(Library)

      This 12-Week contracted internship at the University introduced me to an user experience opportunity for their Library's Academic Skills team. I would operate across the Library as well as other associated campuses to do extensive quantity user research tasks with anonymous University representatives. This data collected would be for the academic skills team to assess their promotional material and event strategies to increase engagement statistics. Alongside the research activities, I would follow design tasks and principles to develop a 1-minute video advertising the academic skills team for a secondary target audience. Also I would assess, then concept and wire-frame designs through Photoshop for a future possible re-design of the skills webpages under the core website.       Having become an attendee to this Church, I would become a member of the Parish Church Council (PCC) in which I could legally vote on the Church’s points of interest. Through joining the PCC, I would be appointed the role in the Church as ‘Deputy Churchwarden’. This was an assistant role to the main Churchwardens to assist the congregation with food, drinks and communication.
