  My experience with this organization began as a 16-year-old volunteer counselor, and eventually led to me being hired as the Youth Services Specialist. In this role, I helped develop and update an extensive training program and oversaw the individual training of over 100 volunteers, including Bachelor's and Master's-level interns. I also helped create a resource database for use in a 100-day plan to expand the hotline nationally, and provided counseling support for 3 ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) trainings.   The Fulbright Program promotes international exchanges, providing competitive grants which place qualified recipients in underprivileged schools around the world. As an English Teaching Assistant, I taught conversational English to over 500 Thai high school students. Outside of the classroom, I ran an English drama club, organized English learning events, and independently tutored a number of local teachers and business owners within my community.
