  I oversee the Parts and Service departments. We have consistently had year over year growth of 10% or more in gross. In 2011 we had over 100% customer pay labor sales growth over the previous year and since have been 10-15% higher each year. Parts department has grown over 50% in sales and gross the past 3 years.
