  I worked for The World Bank Group while employed by HCL during this period to upgrade and modernise the product. I led the team in Washington DC, USA for World Bank Group to transition the project from incumbent vendor and then worked as techno-functional specialists for Benefits Administration department. I moved to India to develop and implement various modules in Benefits including Global Mobility and Health Plan Reform from Offshore. I was responsible for end to end delivery and coordinated with business partners and business leaders while leading the development team to deliver HRIS solutions to meet the business requirement. Show less I worked for Institute of Technical Education in Singapore as SME for HCM and Payroll domain. I was engaged in this project right from the RFP and solution submission as HCM specialists for HR and Payroll modules. Worked closely with Pre-Sales team to assess the requirement, sizing the project, effort estimation, and finally appear in bid-defense in Singapore at ITE campus. I took the KT from incumbent vendor and led the transition team in Singapore. I built the offshore & Onshore model to provide solutions to the application supports and enhancements for HCM product. Show less I worked for University of New Castle in Australia, employed by HCL as technical specialists to provide assessment of Application Portfolio Optimisation. I was engaged in this project right from the RFP and solution submission. This project was to provide a solution to optimise and modernise the entire suite of application portfolio for the university that was distributed in various departments using 150+ apps mostly built in house or heavily customised one. I worked on assessment to conclude the recommended solution to centralise and modernise the application keeping the lower TCO as primary objective. As a Technical lead and Onsite Coordinator in The Woodlands, USA, I was responsible as a SPoC to ensure the stability of production environment and provide enhancements and major break fixes.Developed detailed design document for various Technical/Functional requirements of custom enhancements.   Life@Work is a flagship product in Conduent that is a multi-tenant platform providing SaaS based solutions. I am responsible for managing the end to end delivery of L@W portfolio and leading the platform & product engineering team. I built high performing agile team at offshore from the scratch to modernise the product and later rolled-out the product to all 30+ clients consolidating in to one portal from various platform. I also setup a team of iOS and Android developers to build a native mobile capability for the product. Also have built a team to build & implement Enterprise Elastic Search and Text Messaging solutions by engaging vendor team to develop in house capability.This Product has the capability to serve customers for their needs of Health & Welfare, Defined Benefits and Defined Contributions including all the major life events and Annual Enrolment.
