  Principal - Cambridge International School, Jalandhar and Batala from March, 2011 - December 2015 During my tenure as the Principal at Cambridge International School, Jalandhar, from November 2011 to December 2015, I had significant responsibilities within the Learning Wings Education System (LWES), a chain of schools in Punjab.LWES, headquartered in Jalandhar, oversees eight schools within Punjab, as well as one school each in Delhi and Dubai. Under the leadership of Mr. Ajay Bhatia as Managing Director, LWES is guided by visionary entrepreneurs and directors at various levels, including Academic Director Ms. Deepa Dogra and Director of Finance (an alumnus of Lawrence School).My role involved managing the administrative aspects of CBSE and ensuring the effective implementation of the CAIE curriculum across all schools managed by LWES. This encompassed promoting CAIE and IB programs within our three schools in Jalandhar and later expanding CAIE offerings to schools under the LWES umbrella.Additionally, I served as a teacher trainer, providing expertise across subjects and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the CAIE/IB curriculum.   In my current role as the Principal of Vidya Global School in Meerut since January 2016, I oversee the school's diverse educational programs, including CBSE's National curriculum, and the international curricula of IB and CAIE. The school operates within a spacious 45-acre campus, with separate blocks for these curricula, and hosts the Vidya International Sports Academy with state-of-the-art facilities for more than 20 sports. Additionally, I manage the implementation of academic programs such as IB's Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP), Secondary – 1 Checkpoints, IGCSE, A-levels with Cambridge Assessment International Education, and CBSE curriculum up to Grade 12.School has all major sports facility in campus like, tennis court, swimming pool, football ground, athletic track, riffle shooting area.
