  Pinnacle was opening a flagship, full-service Travel Plaza in the heart of the ND oil fields. It was designed to be a premium one stop shop for the expanding oil industry. I was hired to be the Advertising Coordinator for the store at its opening and was quickly put on a management fast track. • As Kitchen Manager, I led a diverse team of 30 employees and increased sales by 20% in my first 30 days with an overall increase of 40% over 90 days. I wrote, trained, and oversaw new procedural and organizational projects which led to higher profit margins and increased customer satisfaction. • As Assistant Store Manager, I oversaw 120 employees and $15 million in sales.
