  I am a highly experienced Director in both the public and private sector. I am an organised, resilient, determined, motivated, innovative, commercially astute leader with a strong personal drive and focus to achieve success and excellence. I can evidence a genuine commitment to social housing and social housing communities throughout my career. I am confident in my ability to lead, develop, effectively manage and transform organisations whilst protecting tenant’s interests.I have experience of working with Registered Providers and their communities as Lead Adviser, Independent Tenants and Leaseholders Adviser and trainer for over 20 years. I have created communication and empowerment strategies for Registered Providers and Tenant Management Organisations. I have also been responsible for the management of social housing in four different Registered Providers in my career; WATMOS Community Homes, Wirral MBC, Sefton MBC and Portico Housing Association.
