  In my second year, I continued Gopali Youth Welfare Society as a Senior Executive Member, and actively contributed in the following areas:1. Coordinated with a team of 8 other Senior Executive Members, in strategizing the LiGHT-centric workshop session and grooming sessions, for the then upcoming batch of first years in LiGHT team.2. Actively involved in the smooth knowledge transfer by organizing numerous meets during the tenure, to a batch of 25 Junior Executive Members of LiGHT, be it center-wise, or in general.3. Single-handedly managed LiGHT Akola and LiGHT Nadia centers, of over 50 and 15 college students respectively, as a Senior Center Incharge; conducted 2 major events in the LiGHT Akola center, and groomed the center members for conducting more new events.4. Actively participated in the annual donation drive of GYWS: Yogdaan-2023, by visiting room to room of each hall to collect donations, for hostel and food sustenance in Jagriti Vidya Mandir.5. Coordinated actively in freshers' recruitment 2023 in GYWS, including online and offline publicity of Intro-Seminar and Recruitment post; Also conducted two rounds of physical interviews of 14 first years, in a panel of 3 other Senior Executive Members. Show less In my first year, I was a Junior Executive Member in Gopali Youth Welfare Society, where I worked in School Review Committee, and the expansion team i.e. LiGHT. Some of the major works done, are as follows:1. Successfully formed a new center in Global College of Science and Technology, Nadia, West Bengal, with the support of two faculty members and one principal in-charge of the college. 2. Recruited 19 student members from a pool of 40 interested students, after two rounds of interviews, in the newly formed center, LiGHT Nadia, and kept it active throughout the tenure.3. Managed three centers, namely LiGHT Akola, LiGHT Sindri and LiGHT Nadia during the tenure; Actively undertook the Fundraising event-2022 in LiGHT Akola. INR 8127 collected, was used to improve the sports and library facilities of Dr. S.R. Patil School, Akola.4. Actively took a lead in Teachers' Workshop initiative, for the teachers of Jagriti Vidya Mandir, and coordinated in all the associated verticals; incorporated consistency and dynamic changes in the initiative throughout.5. Actively coordinated with 17 other Junior Executive Members, to make preparations for Aashayein (Annual function of Jagriti Vidya Mandir) 2022, featuring 160+ performers.6. Actively contributed in the initiatives like Parents As Co-Educators (PACE), Just-A-Minute sessions, JNV Planning, Students' Impact Assessment, and class 10 boards preparation. Show less
