  Company: Business Connexion Contracting with EskomProject Name: Eskom Integration Programme Release 2 (Phase 2)Project Description: Eskom has be running on an obsolete integration platform called JCAPS for close to 10 years. Eskom now wants to replace JCAPS with Oracle Fusion Middleware. This project follows the agile methodology and the scope only includes migration from JCAPS to Oracle Fusion Middleware for 77 interfaces. I was the integration analyst on this project, responsible for gathering requirements with the aim of understanding the environment. The artefacts produced in the analysis were used as blue print for the implementation. Their challenge was high and hence unmanangeable call volumes at their call centre due to customers calling in for support. Telkom then implemented the SCAP project ensure that customers can use self service portal to solve issues they had with the products they purchased from Telkom. My role there was information gathering and documentation (Business Analysis). I was also tasked to play the srum master role to ensure that the team held daily standups, conducted sprint planning and retrospective sessions.
