  I was a founding member of a voluntary consultancy project called Pay it Forward, which is now called Boost. This involved working closely with charitable organisations around the Greater Manchester region that were struggling to establish strategic direction. Members of my team and I were given the responsibility of compiling detailed business plans to ensure both internally facing and externally facing business operations become more efficient and aligned with their core mission and values.

  I was responsible for drafting and refining all Global HR communications. I developed detailed Communication Plans to help business teams across the organisation achieve strategic goals of their programmes, in line with tight deadlines.In addition to this, I was responsible for the global internal communications of a recruitment drive called Go Green in the City. This included building relationships with all contestants from around the world; crafting and executing an online voting system to involve our employees with the programme; as well as organising an exciting employee engagement event in Paris.
