Working effectively with different agencies and teams, I have responded to natural disasters, public health emergencies, and organized and directed rescue and medical teams under challenging conditions. Notable contributions include participation in major disaster responses like Hurricanes Harvey, Florence, Michael, Irma, and Ian, the Puerto Rico Earthquakes, and the Champlain Towers Collapse in SurfSide.
