  I interned at the Office of Communications and Marketing. i worked directly with my supervisor and i was tasked with taking her observations when she goes to different HRA buildings in the 5 boroughs and checks the type of posters presented and arrangements on a board to see if they meet agency-wide standards and i have to type them in an excel spreadsheet.I was also tasked with reaching out to various personal via email regarding certain posters that needed to be displayed or verification of staff so they can be contacted. I also went out on the field with my supervisor and assisted with installing, rearranging and updating the posters at the site. Show less
