  I lead a 3-person team planning, resourcing, coordinating and accounting for ammunition and land for six separate entities. Coordinated with Brigade and Division level managers to synchronize training plans and resource training events to ensure mission readiness for a 731 Soldier Battalion. I communicated with resource managers within the Division on a daily basis to transfer, and reallocate resources among different units in order to accomplish training objectives. I directed the training, performance, discipline, and welfare of a 37-person team. Maintained and accounted for 7 vehicles, 46 weapon systems, and sensitive equipment worth $7 million. Planned and managed training for platoon combat readiness and led development of four junior supervisors.
