  As an NRW Manager has worked on a project to reduce Unaccounted-For Water (UFW) in two packages located in Bangalore, namely UFW D2B and D2A. My responsibilities include overseeing water loss reduction activities in 167 District Metered Areas (DMAs). These DMAs cover a total population of 3 million people and an area of 106 square kilometers. The pipeline network under my purview is extensive, spanning 3042 kilometers, and includes over 0.3 million consumer connections.

  As a skilled Project Manager and Team Leader, I have played a vital role in the successful implementation of the TPIA project under Jal Jeevan Mission - UP. My responsibilities include monitoring both the physical and financial progress of rural water supply schemes, which covers 12 surface water schemes and 6669 Groundwater schemes, with a total project value of about 2.92 billion USD. This project spans across 14 districts in Uttar Pradesh State India and is managed by a team of 200 employees. The project is designed to provide clean drinking water to a population of about 34.35 million souls, with a pipeline network of 4.34 million kms and coverage of 13719 villages. My leadership inputs are directed towards the client, project team, and key stakeholders. I am also accountable for project planning, risk assessment, estimation, execution, and timely delivery.Additionally, my responsibilities include overseeing topographic survey and asset mapping, condition assessment of infrastructure and pipelines, water audit, and assessment of pump performance execution. I provide specialist input and review hydraulic modelling results and calibrate network models. I offer expert input on water audit, preparation of water balance, and recommendations to reduce Non-Revenue Water/Water Loss based on site survey results.,estimations, create water policies, and perform financial analysis.Moreover, I provide specialist input on the calculation of performance indicators of water supply schemes, analyze financial losses to the water supply schemes, and make improvement recommendations. I offer specialist input on online monitoring of Leakage, Quality, Pressure in water supply schemes and Remote operation, Pump & Pressure Optimization. I specialize in Non-Revenue Water Reduction activities such as Active Leakage Control, Pressure Management, Step Test, Leakage Detection (Acoustic & NHM Gas based), efficient water supply Management, Water Quality & Resolving Contamination of water in intermittent supply.Furthermore, I am responsible for presenting project reports for approval of the project and fund (Technical & Financial/Administrative Sanctions).
