      Manufacturing Engineer

      This role was a combination of mechanical, manufacturing and welding engineering. I worked in Pro-Engineer and AutoCAD designing production tooling for building wheels and tires. I purchased material for these projects and oversaw construction and installation of everything I designed. Finite Element Analysis was a specialty of mine, and I used Pro-Mechanica and Simulia for these tasks. I also designed robotic cells for welding and material handling automation and was the lead programmer for all robotics.
