  This is my second graduate rotation on the EE Contact Center Management Graduate Programme. As a Business Analyst my role will consist of improving and simplifying our customers’ experiences so they have less need to contact us and improving our advisors’ experiences to make them easier, quicker and more productive! Show less As a Graduate Design and Delivery professional at EE, I play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our network infrastructure and services. This 9-month graduate rotation has offered a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the design and delivery aspects of projects. I have worked closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to real-world projects while developing valuable skills and knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Design Phase:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design network solutions that meet technical specifications and customer needs.Utiliseing industry-standard software tools to create network diagrams, infrastructure layouts, and technical documentation.Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis to optimise network designs for efficiency and scalability.Delivery Phase:Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of telecommunications projects.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to procure materials and resources required for project implementation.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing and validation of network infrastructure components to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address any issues or defects in telecommunications systems or services.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of project activities, including design documents, implementation plans, test results, and performance metrics.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status, outcomes, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
