This role has allowed for further acclimatisation as a figure of leadership; working alongside contractors and mentoring staff in order to validate project quality definitions and act as a pivotal referee in regards to all quality assurances. I believe the comprehensive nature of this role can be replicated in a software programming environment and I particularly value my ability to be flexible and teachable as I believe the world will live in is progressive and ambiguous so to adapt to change is key.
