  - Keeping track and monitoring the condition of oil & gas pipelines, distillation tower, tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, valves, boilers and other equipment.- Familiar and working with international codes & standards such as (ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, NACE, NFPA, TEMA, ….ETC)- Make sure all equipment functions properly according to project specifications, international codes & standards.- Go over the data acquired from testing all the equipment and determining the best course of action for maintenance routines and procedures and if equipment ends up being faulty or dangerous, advises an appropriate course of action.- Supervise hydrostatic, pneumatic, leak tests for heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, and piping.- Witness seat tightness testing and calibration of pressure safety and relief valves.- Monitor repair procedures for faulty equipment according to project specifications and international codes & standards.- Perform welder performance qualifications and review WPS / PQR documents.- Conduct pre-, during, and post welding inspections.- Prepare inspection reports and participate in preliminary failure analysis.- Maintain inspection files and system records.- Periodically review database for repair / replacement recommendations.- Interact with CMMS software for data management.- Participating and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Internal / External inspections for equipment and pipelines.
