  Reponsible for Nokia sales skills trainings. Deciding what to train, how to train, who trains. Delivered sales skills trainings to Nokia sales teams globally. Target audience of a few thousand sales people. Following topics I know well: Value Based Sales, Challenger Sales, Negotiation skills, Presenting skills, Coaching, Psychological Safety. For these topics I created concept and content for virtual self-study, virtual instructor lead and face to face sessions. I went to tens of offices to change the mindset on selling. We worked with sales team’s own cases, creating the value argumentation and sales messages. Based on feedback these sessions were better quality than trainings bought from outside. Last few years business impact about 1MEUR / day in additional sales. Show less
